This Sangiovese is fermented and aged in 4000 liter oak barrels. For the last months it ages in 1000 liter barrels and another 6 months in the bottle.
Intense smell of cherries and other red fruits. Soft and elegant on the palate with strong body, nice acidity and softened tannins.
Strong meat dishes, grilled or with sauce. Nice with aged cheeses as well.
