Sangiovese Forlì "Notturno" IGT 2013
Hand picked in the third or forth week of september. The fermentation is held under a controlled temperature of 28 to 30 degrees in steel tanks. Ages for 8 months in aok barrels, so it gets a good structure beneath his fruitiness.
Ruby red. Typical nose of wild fruits, a pleasant wine with complexity. Elegant and with acidity, fruits and spices make the Notturno a great wine for every meal.
