Ribona Colli Macerateri "Le Grane" DOC 2016
Handpicked in september. After a 12 days fermentation, very ripe grapes are given to the wine to start a second fermentation for for some extra force and extraction. This method is called “Fare le Grane” – that explains the name of this wine.
Intense straw-yellow colour. Ripe fruits in the nose, wide, soft and with a strong presence on the palate.
Great with pasta with seafood or fish, white meat dishes, medium-staged cheese
