Only the berries on the outside of the grapes with the most exposition to the sun are used. After getting dried for 4 months, the berries are fermented and the wine ages for one year in oak barrels.
Very dark and intense colour. Ripe red fruits in the nose. Sweet, intense, warm and harmonic on the palate. The tannins and the structure of a red wine are still noticeable in this extraordinary sweetwine.
