The fermentation of all grapes are made together and without any added yeast- the classic way that only Milziade is still doing in Montefalco. Ages for 12 months in 1200 Liter oak barrels.
Wild berries, cherries and plums in the nose. Full-bodied, poweful and complex on the palate.
